Dried Chamomile Whole Flowers (Matricaria chamomilla)

Our Chamomile is hand-picked and dried on-farm for peak potency and preservation of Chamomile’s delicate aromatics. Complete darkness during our drying process preserves the yellow and green color of these flowers.

Chamomile has historically been used to enhance the immune system, reduce inflammation in the body, calm tension and anxiety, promote sleep, reduce menstrual pain and PMS, sooth digestive upsets and heartburn, and to stimulate tissue repair.*

Steep 1-2 Tablespoons per pint of water for 3-5 Minutes. A longer steep will bring out the bitter properties of Chamomile and support digestion.
