Mullein leaf is an expectorant that moves mucous and irritants out of the lungs. With our calming base of Milky Oats and Lemon Balm, this blend is a smooth rich flavor that everyone will enjoy.

Simmer 1-2 Tbsp per cup water for 10+ Minutes. Strain well and serve hot or add honey or cream to taste.
